Annual General Meeting 202

The Trustees of Chaffcombe Village Hall are pleased to advise that the 2022
Annual General Meeting will take place on:

Wednesday 27th April at Chaffcombe Village Hall at 7.00pm

Chaffcombe Village Hall is a registered Charity managed by Trustees for the benefit of local
residents. All local residents are encouraged to attend this meeting, when they can hear the
Trustees annual report, find out about the state of the finances, and pose any questions to
the Trustees. Any local resident aged over 18 may vote/stand in the election of up to 5
trustees for the coming year.

2. Approval of the minutes from the 22.07.21 AGM
3. Matters arising from the minutes
4. Presentation and approval of the annual report of Trustees
5. Presentation and approval of the Treasurers report/accounts for
6. Note the change to the Arts group and the Arts and Craft group
7. Confirmation of representatives of appointing organisations as
nominated trustees for 2022/2023
8. Election of up to 5 Trustees for 2022/2023
9. Co-option of up to 2 Trustees by the newly elected/appointed Trustees
10.Confirmation of working groups/sub-groups.
11. Deed of Variation to acknowledge recent changes to user groups

Please do not attend if you have any Covid symptoms and please bring a mask
if you prefer.
