The Trustees of Chaffcombe Village Hall are pleased to advise that the 2021 Annual Meeting will take place on:


Thursday 22nd July at Chaffcombe Village Hall at 7:00pm


Chaffcombe Village Hall is a registered Charity managed by Trustees for the benefit of local residents. All local residents are encouraged to attend this meeting, when they can hear the Trustees annual report, find out about the state of the finances, and pose questions to the Trustees. Any local resident aged over 18 may vote/stand in the election of up to 5 trustees for the coming year.

  1. Approval of minutes from the 9.4.19 AGM (AGM April 2020 cancelled)


  1. Matters arising from the minutes


  1. Presentation and approval of the annual report of Trustees


  1. Presentation and approval of Treasurers report/accounts for 2019/20


  1. Agree to merge the Singing user group and Ukulele user group to a single user group


  1. Confirmation of representatives of appointing organisations as Trustees for 2021/2022


  1. Election of up to 5 Trustees for 2021/2022


  1. Co-option of up to 2 trustees by the newly elected/appointed Trustees only

The meeting may be held outdoors in the car park if weather permits, or if in the hall, it will
be well ventilated. The trustees may limit the number of public in attendance due to local
Covid levels.
